All of the exclusions to Chinese 301 tariff List 4A expired on September 1, 2020.
The US Trade Representative has issued extensions for 87 out of the 239 exclusions in this grouping.
These extended exclusions will now be declared under HTSUS 9903.88.57 and will expire on December 31, 2020.
