In two separate notices, the US Trade Representative has issued ten new exclusions for Chinese 301 tariff List 4, and is also seeking comments to extend these exclusions.
The comments must be received by August 20, 2020. The new exclusions are retroactive to September 1, 2019, and will expire September 1, 2020. They are to be claimed using HTS 9903.88.55.
