The first set of exclusions to Chinese tariff List 2 will expire July 31, 2020. The US Trade Representative has issued extensions for 14 out of the 69 exclusions in this grouping.
These extended exclusions will now be declared under HTS 9903.88.54 and will expire December 31, 2020
