The US Trade Representative has issued 146 more exclusions for Chinese 301 tariff List 3. These exclusions include two HTS-level exclusions for 4819.50.4060 and 6902.20.5020.
The new exclusions may be claimed under 9903.88.46, and are retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will expire August 7, 2020.
