A planned increase from 25% to 30% for Lists 1 through 3 for the Chinese 301 tariffs was due to go into effect October 15, 2019, but has been averted as an agreement with China was reached late last week.
This "Phase 1" agreement is still under development and is expected to be signed sometime in November.
